Yes, 2 free-helmets and 2 high-quality rainsuits are included with the motorcycle rental. We also have more riding gear for rent in case you need (full-face helmets, gloves, jackets…).

You don’t need to have experience with a renting, but you should have experience with driving a motorcycle. You have to realise you are responsible for damages and you will be riding in a different country than maybe you are used to.

Yes, we provide motorcycle pick-up and delivery within Ha Giang City upon request. The service costs 250,000 VND, which should be paid directly to the staff member delivering or picking up the motorcycle.

For locations outside Ha Giang City, an additional fee may apply. Please contact us for a specific price depending on the location.

Yes, most of our motorcycles are suitable for two passengers and have a passenger seat. However, some models are more comfortable for solo riding, especially on longer trips such as the Ha Giang Loop.

If the damage is more than 1000$/2000$ (depends on the bike) you only pay up to this amount and the rest will be covered by the insurance company. You are responsible for damages costing up to this amount.

For each motorcycle, a 200$/400$ (depending on models) deposit by debit or credit card is required before you will be allowed to go riding. This money will be returned when you return the bike without damage.

After you return the motorcycle, our team will inspect it to ensure everything is in good condition. Once the inspection is complete and everything is in order, your deposit—whether cash or your passport—will be returned immediately

We have a “SAME to SAME” fuel policy, which means you will receive the motorcycle with a certain level of fuel and are expected to return it with the same level.

No, only the person named in the rental contract can drive the motorcycle

The cancellation policy is following:

We will not charge any fee if the cancelation is made more than 15 days before arrival.

If the cancellation is between:

15 – 7 days before departure, you will pay 50% of the deposit

7 days to 1 day before departure, you will pay 100% of the deposit

If you simply don’t turn up, you will pay 100% of the deposit

• A1 licence – for motorcycles up to 125cc
• A licence – for motorcycles over 125cc
• If you have a foreign driving licence, you will generally need the appropriate International Driving Permit (IDP) together with your national driving licence, or have your licence legally converted to a Vietnamese licence where applicable.

Please bear in mind that cost of tyre repair is not covered, and you will be fully charged. Furthermore, if the tyre is fixed with a temporary solution, you will be charged for replacing the tyre at the end of the rental period for safety reasons.

We expect you rent and ride in good faith which biker to biker will try to take a good care of the rental motorcycle as if it was their own. You should also ensure secure parking during the night. Our motorcycles are new and well maintained, but you are also responsible for checking oil, coolant, tire pressure or chain.

Yes, you can bring a passenger on the tour. All of our motorcycles are suitable for two people, although some models may be more comfortable for solo riding than others. Please let us know in advance so we can recommend the most suitable motorcycle for you and your passenger.

For our tours we usually select modern, comfortable 4 Star Hotels, close to the beach. Except you wish for something else.

The standard accommodation for this tour is a twin room, shared with another participant of the same sex. If you prefer to have your own private room, a single-room upgrade is available for an additional $100.
